HUUM HIVE Sauna Heater Package with UKU Local Control, Extension Box & Stones

Product Overview

The large-capacity HUUM HIVE is built for larger residential and commercial sauna rooms, with a massive stone reserve for long, soft steam. This Bathing Brands package combines the required HUUM components into a matched sauna heater system.

What's Included

HUUM electric sauna heater, HUUM UKU Local Black control, HUUM UKU Extension Box, and the required HUUM sauna stones for the selected configuration.

Sauna Stones

• 12 kW: 528 lbs / 16 x 33-lb boxes / 2–4 in. (5–10 cm)
• 15 kW: 528 lbs / 16 x 33-lb boxes / 2–4 in. (5–10 cm)
• 18 kW: 528 lbs / 16 x 33-lb boxes / 2–4 in. (5–10 cm)

Control & Electrical

The included UKU Local control provides on/off, time, temperature and delayed-start control. The HIVE 12–18 kW packages also include the UKU Extension Box as specified by Bathing Brands. Heater installation is hardwired and must follow the exact HUUM installation manual, electrical requirements and local code.

Installation & Sizing

Size the heater using adjusted sauna volume and account for glass, masonry, tile and other non-insulated surfaces. Follow HUUM documentation for clearances, stone loading and all installation requirements.
